About STIA AAN Alumni portal
The AAN College of Administrative Sciences (STIA) was originally in the form of an academy under the name Academy of State Administration (AAN) which was established by the Notokusumo Foundation with Decree No. 02/YNK/AAN/1979 concerning the establishment and Statute of the Academy of State Administration (AAN). Subsequently, the State Administration Academy was established on June 14, so that every June 14 is celebrated as AAN's Dies Natalies. The AAN campus was originally located on Jalan Masjid No. 5, Yogyakarta, is a loan from the (late) KGPAA Sri Paduka Paku Alam VIII who is the Protector of the Notokusumo Foundation.
Notokusumo was designated as the name of the Foundation by KGPAA Sri Paduka Paku Alam VIII by taking the name from Paku Alam I, namely Prince Notokusumo who had the soul and spirit of struggle against the Dutch colonialists. Notokusumo comes from the word noto which means arrangement and kusumo which means flower of the nation. So Notokusumo is defined as the efforts of the AAN Foundation and Higher Education to organize students to become National Leaders. The first Chairman of the Notokusumo Foundation was (the late) Mr. Drs. Soetomo Mangkusasmito (former regent of Bantul).
The study program that was held for the first time was the Diploma III State Administration Study Program. In 1988, the Academy of Public Administration (AAN) was changed its name to the Notokusumo Foundation Administration Academy or the Notokusumo Administrative Academy (AAN). The leadership of this institution plans to add a new study program in addition to the State Administration study program, but on the way the Academy has just opened 1 (one) Diploma III Level State Administration Study Program.
